You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. Please try to arrive to your appointment on time - late arrival may result in your service time being reduced or cancelled at my discretion. For lateness of more than 15 minutes I may be required to charge a $10 late fee. Please note that the health of your natural nails is my top priority. I reserve the right to reduce or refuse a service if your nails or skin are not in a healthy enough state to safely receive the service.
